Mall and shop interior refurbishment across Sun Hung Kai's retail portfolio — V City, V Walk, New Town Plaza, New Jade, Tai Po Mega Mall, Megabox / 創紀之城5. Floor systems, glass balustrades, false ceilings and balustrade replacements.
Office, mall back-of-house, control rooms and engineering suites — Yoho Mall, Park Yoho, One/Two Harbour Square and KCC. Cat-A and Cat-B fit-out delivered around live operations.
Registered Minor Works Contractor — Class I, II and III, Type A. Slab reinstatement, structural openings, partition relocation and façade modifications, including the current K.T.I.L. 759 Wai Yip Street 18/F slab infill.
Registered Electrical Contractor. Construction support infrastructure for HKIA / FSD facilities, M&E plant rooms, cooling tower relocations, external louvers and associated builders' works.
