About HKP Engineering
HKP Engineering (Materials) Limited has been quietly looking after Hong Kong's working buildings since 2014 — universities, schools, public spaces, retail malls, offices and heritage sites.
We are a small Hong Kong contractor with a long bench of registrations and a longer list of clients who keep coming back. Our team works alongside Registered Structural Engineers, Authorised Persons, project managers and consultants — from feasibility and BD submission, through site works, to the day the doors reopen. We stay close, we keep the noise down, and we answer the phone.
How we work
Most of our sites are still occupied — a campus in term time, a mall during trading hours, an office where staff are still at their desks. We plan around the people who haven't gone anywhere. Tidy hoardings, dust control, night and weekend shifts when needed, and someone on site who can answer to the building manager in plain language.

Our team
Our team includes registered building professionals, project managers, site supervisors, foremen, a quantity surveyor, operations and accounts staff, and a dedicated safety focus on every job. Together we hold the registrations and field experience needed to deliver everything from heritage waterproofing to mall fit-outs — and the same people who quote the job are the people you'll meet on site.
